Western Victoria PHN (WVPHN) is inviting with people with lived experience; carers; and health and community service providers to work with us and set a clear direction for our commissioned support services for people with Mental Health and/or Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) issues.

Help us design and develop improved primary health services by identifying new and innovative ideas to deliver Mental Health support and AOD support throughout western Victoria.

Be involved

Over the coming months, we invite you to engage with the WVPHN Project Team to firstly share your experience with primary health care services for Mental Health and/or AOD in western Victoria and then to participate in the design and development of services.

Stage 1 – Share Your Experience- Completed

The first phase, share your experience, has been completed. Thanks to everyone who generously shared their experience of mental health and alcohol and other drug services across our region with us, it has helped us gain a better picture of what currently works and what needs improving. We will share a summary on Meeting Place soon.

Your experience and knowledge of primary health care services for Mental Health and/or AOD in western Victoria is important. We invite interested members of the community and people working in community service or health services to tell us your story.

This information will help us gain a better picture of what currently works and what needs improvement as we move forward.

Phase 2 - Development and Design
